SMART COD AI · FAQ

A few things worth knowing.

Clear answers about your trial, subscription and moving to Smart COD AI.

Trial, subscription & plan changes

Understand when charges start, how renewals work and what happens when your store needs change.

Seven-day trial

When offered at checkout, the 7-day trial requires a card and includes the selected plan’s store capacity, monthly or yearly. A previously trialled domain cannot claim another trial. Unless cancelled before the end, the subscription is charged for the selected period. Review the displayed charge and renewal terms before confirming.

Manage renewal and access

Manage billing from your account. Cancelling automatic renewal normally keeps access until the displayed end date; it does not delete your account or settings. Access is extended only after confirmed subscription payment. Contact support about an unexpected charge; do not make an unrelated one-off payment expecting automatic license activation.

Change your plan

From your account, choose a new plan and review the recurring price, any amount due now, the effective date and the stores that will remain active before confirming. This option becomes available when the customer portal opens.

Changing plans during your trial

The new plan applies immediately, without an immediate charge. Your original trial end date stays the same: changing plans does not start another seven-day trial.

Monthly or yearly billing

With the same store capacity, switching from monthly to yearly applies immediately, with the charge shown before confirmation. Switching from yearly to monthly applies at the next renewal. When capacity also changes, an increase follows the upgrade rule and a reduction follows the downgrade rule.

Cancel a scheduled change

You can cancel a scheduled plan change from your account before it takes effect, keeping your current plan. This does not cancel your subscription. A pending change must be completed or cancelled before another change can be made.
