Greece

Tracking lookup supported

For eligible shipments with delivery country Greece (GR), a supported courier and a usable tracking number.

This is Smart COD AI’s lookup coverage. It is separate from the countries a courier delivers to. Checks depend on available tracking history and the courier’s service availability.

India

Tracking lookup supported

For eligible shipments with delivery country India (IN), a supported courier and a usable waybill number (AWB).

Checks depend on available tracking history and service availability. Older shipments may no longer have a retrievable result. A return to the sender is recorded separately from an explicit refusal.

Malaysia

Tracking lookup supported

For eligible shipments delivered in Malaysia (MY), through Ninja Van, SPX Express or Pos Malaysia / Pos Laju with a recognized tracking format. Results depend on the available history and service availability.

Italy

Tracking lookup supported

For eligible shipments delivered in Italy (IT), using GLS Italy and a recognized national shipment reference.

Courier tracking lookup currently covers Greece, India, Malaysia and Italy through the services listed above. Store history and other network features have their own coverage.

How it works

From a tracking number to a recorded outcome.

  1. A shipment is recorded

    Your connected store supplies the courier and tracking number for an eligible order. We need a usable shipment reference to perform a lookup.

  2. We check in the background

    Smart COD AI queries the supported courier’s tracking service separately from the shopper’s checkout. Checks are scheduled and are not guaranteed to be immediate.

  3. We preserve the source

    When tracking provides a clear result, we record the courier outcome separately. An unavailable, missing or inconclusive result is not proof of non-collection.
