See beyond your own orders
Check eligible delivery signals from participating stores in the same country — even when someone is buying from you for the first time.
NETWORK-POWERED BUILT FOR WOOCOMMERCE
A first-time customer isn’t always a first-time buyer. Use delivery signals from across the network to make smarter Cash on Delivery decisions.
Your rules. Your checkout. A wider view.
Eligible delivery history found in the network.
A decision based on your rules — not a public blacklist.

Your order history tells one part of the story. Connected stores help you see beyond it.
Check eligible delivery signals from participating stores in the same country — even when someone is buying from you for the first time.
You choose what counts as a match, how successful deliveries are considered, and what happens next at checkout.
Protection uses pseudonymised identifiers. It does not give merchants access to other stores’ customer lists.
Network coverage varies by country and participating stores. Delivery history is a signal, not a guarantee of future behaviour.
02 / YOUR NEXT MOVE
A network match is useful when you can act on it. Choose the checkout experience that fits your business.
Cash on Delivery is not available for this order. Please use an available online payment method.
Preview only · no payment is collected
Same store. Same checkout. A response that follows your rules.
03 / THE INTELLIGENCE LAYER ML · CONNECT → TRAINING → SCORING
ML estimates the risk of an order going uncollected—not whether a person is “good” or “bad.” It brings together this order’s context and past delivery outcomes across the network, beyond a simple count of failed deliveries.
Delivery historyUncollected and successful orders across eligible stores.
Order contextCart value, shipping, location and timing.
Current checkoutThe model evaluates this order, not a permanent customer label.
When a validated model flags high risk, your saved choice determines the checkout response.
Decide what happens to COD. Your rules and network thresholds remain separate controls.
Once live, see the model version and actual contributing feature groups—not just “high risk.”
Connect your store to begin collecting outcomes for training. The first audit status is “Training”; existing rules decide until a model has enough representative data, passes validation and is activated.
Example actions illustrate the configurable ML policy, not a live risk verdict. Live ML actions require representative data, model validation and a deliberate activation.
04 / PROTECTION, ON YOUR TERMS
One uncollected order doesn’t have to tell the whole story. Set your thresholds and let successful delivery history influence your rules.
A few things worth knowingUse the network alongside your own store’s history, or keep protection store-only.
Decide how many uncollected orders should trigger a protection action.
Configure when successful delivery history keeps COD available.
Add COD fees, deposit rules and conditions for shipping, location, products or cart value.

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY
What to know before putting the network to work.
Your store may not have seen a customer before. The network can provide eligible delivery signals from other participating stores in the same country. Your configured thresholds determine whether those signals require a different checkout action.
No. Merchants don’t browse shared customer lists or other stores’ orders. Smart COD AI uses delivery signals to apply your rules, including allowances for successful deliveries. A historical match is not proof of fraud or a guarantee of a future failed delivery.
After you connect your store, its decisions start with the “Training” status. Over a period of data collection, we assess whether there are enough representative outcomes to train and validate the model. Only a validated, deliberately activated model can provide a checkout score. Until then, your configured rules and network history make the decision.
No history is not a negative finding. Your other checkout rules still apply. Network coverage depends on participating stores, country and the available eligible data.
You choose a fixed amount or percentage and the supported online payment methods. The customer pays that amount online first and the remaining balance on delivery. For example, on a €100 order with a 5% deposit, that means €5 online and €95 on delivery. An advance payment is part of the order total, not an extra fee.
The WooCommerce plugin is designed for both the classic shortcode checkout and Checkout Blocks. Advance payments also depend on the online payment gateways enabled in your store. We’re starting with WooCommerce; other platforms are planned.
Customer matching uses pseudonymised identifiers rather than a merchant-facing directory of names or contact details. Pseudonymisation does not make data anonymous. Full data-use terms, retention details and merchant responsibilities must be available before subscription and connection.
Choose a plan and continue directly to checkout, without logging in first. This preview uses Stripe sandbox payments only; no real charge is made. Your account activates after confirmed checkout.
